The search is officially on for the 2025 UK Fast Growth Index, our national initiative celebrating the UK’s fastest growing companies.

If your business has experienced rapid growth over the past two years, we’d love to hear from you. The Index recognises the scale-ups powering the UK economy – across every sector and region.

To be eligible, your company must have:

✔️ Achieved turnover of at least £250,000 in 2022
✔️ Hit £1 million or more in turnover in 2024

In 2024, the 350 companies featured on the Index had a combined turnover of £15.1 billion, grew by 173%, and created over 24,000 new jobs. From family firms to tech disruptors, the Index showcases the incredible breadth and ambition of UK business.

We’re also celebrating the start of the search with a launch event tomorrow evening at UBS’s HQ in London, this is a free of charge event and there are a handful of spaces still available if you’d like to join us.

The evening will include networking, insights from founders who’ve experienced fast growth first-hand, and a look ahead at what’s to come.
