There’s no single blueprint for building a brilliant business, but this year’s winners have one thing in common: they’ve found a better way. Whether that’s rethinking how we manufacture, serve customers, or support people, these organisations have stepped up, stood out, and shown what industry can look like when it’s done with support and purpose.

Nowhere is that clearer than in this year’s Great British Industry Awards, where a standout group of organisations have been recognised for doing exactly that.

Backed by Allica Bank, a firm champion of UK business and a specialist in supporting established SMEs, the Great British Industry Awards exist to shine a light on the companies redefining what it means to succeed, not just in turnover, but in impact, goals, and forward thinking.

Chosen by an expert panel of judges from nominations across the UK, the 2025 winners are a powerful cross-section of British industry at its best.

This year’s awards recognise excellence across 14 categories, capturing the full spectrum of business in Britain today. From B2B services and digital innovation to construction, food and drink, and international scale-ups, the range is vast, but the mindset is shared: keep building, keep raising standards, and keep delivering.

But Pareto FM didn’t stop there. They were also named Great British Industry Awards Business of the Year, recognised for their outstanding all-round performance, a company that proves you can grow commercially while staying rooted in values, responsibility, and innovation.

It’s this kind of leadership that the Great British Industry Awards were created to celebrate. And it’s made possible thanks to the support of Allica Bank, the headline sponsor championing the businesses that keep the UK moving. As one of the country’s leading banks for established SMEs, Allica understands what sustainable growth really takes and backs those doing it with intent.

With their focus on relationship-led banking and real-world support, Allica plays a key role in helping recognise and uplift the companies driving British industry forward.
